I’ve changed the direction of my food blog to be much more focussed on healthy, clean eating after a year of illness and surgery in 2014 – you can find out more about what happened here.
I am obsessed with food and flavours, I spend a lot of time thinking about what works and what doesn’t and I want to put a healthy twist on what I serve. Healthy doesn’t need to be boring or depressing, its exciting and challenging to find ways to satisfy our hunger with actual food that doesn’t come from MacDonald’s or the local takeaway.
I want to share my thoughts and experiences with you – if I can help you cook more or better or improve your diet and change the way you think and feel about food I will feel that this blog is worthwhile and serving a purpose.
I am presenting you with the food I love to cook and eat and I hope that it will give you ideas and inspiration in the kitchen.
